Description
Ortho® Home Defense® Hornet & Wasp Killer7 is the one product you need to protect against hornets, wasps, yellow jackets and other listed insects. You no longer have to stand close; the jet spray reaches nests up to 20 feet above the ground! The foaming spray traps wasps and hornets inside the nest, providing rapid knockdown and kill. It also kills the hornets and wasps that return to the nest after it has been sprayed.
Step by Step Instructions
How to Use
- Shake well before use. Spray the nest once at sunrise or once at sunset when insects are least active. Standing at a safe distance from the nest, spray the opening of the nest first, then soak the rest of the nest.

- 1. Avoid spraying desirable plants. Rinse with water any desirable foliage that is
- contacted with spray. 2. This product may stain or adversely affect vinyl, painted, and plastic
- surfaces. Avoid application to asphalt roofing shingles as staining may occur. Before using in areas
- where spray may contact these surfaces, test in an inconspicuous area and recheck in a few hours.
Where to Use
- Outdoors: Under eaves, near window frames, doorways, carports, picnic areas and outdoor play areas where food and feed are not exposed. Indoors: Attics and anywhere nests are built.
When to Apply
- Apply whenever insects are present.
