Description
Tackle listed bugs before they can come inside with Ortho® Home Defense® Insect Killer for Lawn & Landscape Ready-to-Spray. This pest control product kills 235 listed insects, including ants, spiders, mosquitos, ticks, fleas, centipedes, periodical cicadas, and scorpions. Use this odorless, non-staining formula on lawns, around your home perimeter, and on landscape plants including fruit trees and vegetables (review chart on the label for application directions). To apply, attach your hose to the sprayer and turn on water. Spray lawns evenly, and spray applicable plants to wet leaves and branches, but not to the point of runoff. For perimeter treatment, spray the foundation to a height of 2 feet and also a 2-foot band around the house next to the foundation. People and pets may enter treated areas after spray has dried. One 32 fl. oz. bottle of Ortho® Home Defense® Insect Killer for Lawn & Landscapes covers 5,300 sq. ft. for lawn treatment, 2,700 sq. ft. of plants, or 1,400 sq. ft. of home perimeter.
Step by Step Instructions
- Connect: Shake well before using. Connect sprayer to hose. Turn on water.
- Spray: To begin spraying, point nozzle in the direction you want to spray. Slide thumb activation switch forward to ON position.
- Finish: To stop spraying, slide thumb activation switch backward to OFF position. Turn off water. Relieve water pressure by switching to the Water position until water slows to a drip. Then, slide switch back to OFF position. Disconnect sprayer from hose.

- Do not use inside dwellings. Do not use on vegetables and fruit trees not listed on product label. Do not apply directly to water. Do not apply this product in or on electrical equipment due to the possibility of shock hazard.
